• Dissemination of scientific
knowledge
The
knowledge gained during the project
will be disseminated through scientific
articles in international, peer-reviewed
journals, as well as at different international
conferences and workshops, according
to agreements specified in the Consortium
Agreement and signed before the start
of the project.
.
- Specialised journals: Aquaculture,
Aquaculture Research, Aquaculture International,
Fish Physiology and Biochemistry
- Conferences: EAS conference in Trondheim
(AquaNor), Larvi symposium, International
Symposium on Reproductive Physiology
of Fish, International Symposium on
Nutrition and Feeding in Fish.
• Dissemination of technical
knowledge
The
consortium commits to develop a strong
strategy of dissemination at the intention
of future producers who will be interested
in implementing the pikeperch culture
technology. The dissemination strategy
will include:
- The implementation of a project website,
including a public access in addition
to the intranet access.
- The dissemination, at regular interval,
of technical information, in order to
promote the surge and establishment
of pikeperch culture, via European network
such as Aquaflow, Charrnet, EAS Magazine,
FEAP (Federation of European Aquaculture
Producers), technical magazine (Fish
Farmer International, Fish Farmer, Aquafilia)
and the participation to aquaculture
workshops (PROFET).
- The preparation of a technical handbook
of pikeperch rearing technology, first
in English, but also in some national
languages if needed.
- The search for new partners who will
be likely to invest into the culture
of perch and associated species, based
on the expertise of the consortium and
possibility of follow-up through a consultancy
service.
