FISH FARM PASLEK is specialized in production
of larvae and juveniles for restocking
in North-East of Poland. The facility
includes hatchery, indoor rearing tanks
and outdoor ground ponds of total area
28 ha.
The average yearly production concerns
primarily: common carp larvae (7 mln
fish), summer fry (1 mln fish), yearlings
(20 t); grass carp autumn fry 500 kg;
tench autumn fry 1 t; pikeperch fry
(1.5 mln fish), summer fry (300 000
fish), autumn fry (300 kg); pike fry
1.5 mln fish).
The company possess their own broodstocks
of carp, pikeperch and pike. They employ
5 persons full time plus seasonal employees.
Improvement of the husbandry conditions
during early life stages of pikeperch
as well as optimisation of fry stocking
in ponds are of primary interest for
FFP, as supplier of 0+ and 1-year old
pikeperch fingerlings.
